and cancellations

 

New subscriptions are received at this office,
& acted on within hours. 		This necessitates work on a client's behalf, and is contractual on our part, to provide exposure in the lists.
  • The regional database is amended, and then uploaded
  • The client website is viewed
  • Text and images are downloaded
  • Images are edited to fit the template size
  • If necessary, images are focused, cropped and brightened
  • Logos are often included
  • A thumbnail image is generated
  • A detail page is made up, using that text
  • Images are pasted on the page
  • The detail folder is then uploaded
  • The accommodation lists are then checked for the premium listing
  • Links to the client site are checked
  • Confirmation is sent, with a request to proof-read what we have
  • Where necessary, changes are made to the detail page

From the moment the subscribed listing goes online,
the client is being promoted.

In accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act,
the Fair Trading Act and the Sales of Goods Act,
provision is hereby made for all clients that

Cancellations received within 20 days of the promotional presence on the site will be refunded in full, and the promotional presence will be removed from the website.
Cancellations received outside of 20 days of the promotional presence on the site are refunded, less a setup fee of $60 plus gst, and a pro-rata rate for the time that the promotional material has been online, calculated as $7.50 per month plus gst. The promotional material is then removed from the website.
